Charities
If you are a local registered charity and would like to book one day of free promotional space (excluding November and December), then please contact Louise Kennerley on 01782 220312 or louise.kennerley@intu.co.uk to check availability.
We will supply a backdrop, table and 2 chairs so all you need to bring is some leaflets and branded staff.
It is advisable to book early as we do get booked up very early and space is allocated on a first come first served basis.
UNFORTUNATELY WE ARE NOW FULLY BOOKED FOR 2013. Please call back in October to book a date for 2014.
You will be required to fill in some booking paperwork, provide a copy of your Public Liability Insurance (minimum £10m) and to man your promotion during the centre's opening hours.
Please note: We are unable to make ad-hoc donations or prizes to charities or charity events. Each year local registered charities are invited to apply for a donation from intu Potteries. If you are interested please keep checking this page to find out when our charity donation application packs will be available.
If your charity would benefit from a project based charity donation from intu Potteries then all you need to do is fill in the application form and send it back to us. Deadline is 23rd August 2013. You must be a local registered charity.
