Check your balance

You can check the balance on your Gift Card at the Customer Services Desk on the Upper Mall by JD Sports or on any of the touchscreens located on the Upper Mall ( by Clintons, on the Middle Mall outside H Samuel and Beaverbrooks or on the Lower Mall outside New Look) during Centre hours.

It is recommended to know how much is on your Gift Card before you try and purchase an item in store as retailers are unable to know how much is on the card.

You can use your Gift Card as part payment on an item if you know the balance so it's worth checking first to avoid any confusion.
